The Scientific Committee of Session 8 comprises 16 members, including 7 international experts (approximately 44%) from France, Japan, India, and Taiwan. These scholars and professionals represent a wide range of disciplines such as education, language and cultural studies, ethnic affairs, science communication, and environmental humanities. The Committee brings together both theoretical and practical perspectives in fostering behavioral change and public awareness for green transformation.
